Hello, I'll need to update texlive-bin sources in order to have them work with poppler 0.18. Luatex does not build with the bundled poppler anymore and patches have been committed to use poppler 0.18 just this week in SVN. I'll try to do that this week-end. Rémy.

Hi all, I'm pleased to announce the release of mkinitcpio 0.7.3. This is largely a maintenance release with a number of bugfixes and cleanups. I've highlighted the new features and some of the bug fixes below, followed by the full shortlog. Thanks to Sebastien Luttringer and Florian Pritz for their contributions in this release. Please test and signoff. Regards, Dave Features: -------------------------------------- - The 'keymap' and 'consolefont' hooks now source /etc/rc.conf instead of parsing the file. This allows for better support by non-sysvinit init systems. Implements FS#24685. - Modules in build hooks as well as in the MODULES array of mkinitcpio.conf can be suffixed with a '?' character. If the module is not found, it's considerd a soft failure and no error is reported. Implements FS#25096. - Early userspace now supports dropping to a shell before or after mounting the root device. The kernel commandline syntax leverages the 'break' variable with the values 'premount' and 'postmount'. The former behavior remains unchanged, and is a synonym for 'premount'. - Introduce a new 'virtio' build hook for use with QEMU. Bugfixes: -------------------------------------- - Properly delimit data from /sys to work around modalias files with bad data. Fixes FS#25450. - Compare constants to variable values, rather than the reverse. This prevents an error on parsing grub2 ROOT_IMAGE variables. Fixes FS#26119. - Mount /run with exec permissions. This is done to mirror initscripts. - Perform path lookup for binaries with respect to a given basedir instead of the real root. - Insist that /dev and /proc be mounted at runtime. Required for usage of bash's process substitutions. - Explicitly create the buildroot rather than letting it be created by the first run build hook. Hi, Following discussions between a few of us on IRC and private emails, we decided to remove the hostname binary from the net-tools package and to replace it by the one from inetutils. Unlike the hostname from coreutils, the inetutils hostname has all the functionnality of the net-tools' one. I've also added scripts which implements the behaviour of the domainname and dnsdomainname symlinks that were in the net-tools package so everything should work as before. If not, let us know. I've also added inetutils to the base group as many apps expect hostname to be installed (I think its also a standard). The net-tools package also had other changes as followed: - update to current upstream cvs - remove hostname (and the symlinks to it, dnsdomain and domainname) as well as manpages related to it - changed license to gpl2 - removed !makeflags from options (seems to work fine without it, except for some extra compile time warnings).
