If this is just for identification purposes, I'd say it is not necessary, since being a member of the archlinux organization doesn't necessarily identify you as a TU. Just that you're part of the (informal) archlinux github organization. Now, if we should make that official and also add every TU and dev in there, it's another discussion entirely.
