[arch-dev-public] eviv2 in testing

I put exiv2 into testing. I didn't run the dependency script. gimp-ufraw is done, but I remember a couple of kde related libs use it as well. It seems exiv2 makes an so bump with every frigging update. *sigh* Thanks, -T
