[arch-dev-public] [signoff] kernel-headers-2.6.31.4-2

Minor patching to scsi/scsi.h. This was moved from glibc to kernel-headers with the last update but appears not to have been entirely ready. I would appreciate a fairly quick signoff as the will be a new toolchain rebuild for a glibc release next week Allan
