[arch-dev-public] move pkg from [testing] to [core]

Would it be possible to move the following packages from [testing] to [core] please ? They did not receive signoffs for both architectures, but they spend several days in testing without issue. librpcsecgss-0.19-4 ppp-2.4.5-2 rfkill-0.4-2 Thanks, Stéphane
