[arch-dev-public] udev-181-3 removed from [testing]

Hi guys, The fix in udev-181-3 is no longer needed with the most recent kernel packages. I have therefore removed it from [testing] and people could revert to udev-181-2 from [core]. Keeping -3 is also safe. Cheers, Tom
