[arch-dev-public] new package: libusb1

I've added libusb1 1.0.0 to the repositories. It's a rewrite of the old libusb 0.1.x package we have in core at this moment. As it's a rewrite, and not source or binary compatible, I decided to rename the package for now. Until every application in the repositories has been ported to the 1.0 version of libusb, this package will stay.
