The files... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2010n.tar.gz ...and... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2010n.tar.gz ...are now available; these reflect the changes circulated on 2010-10-13 on the time zone mailing list.

I expect that data2010o will appear on 2010-11-01 in light of the change in the end of DST in Fiji in 2011. Folks wanting to avoid version thrash may want to hold off for a week.
