[arch-dev-public] Freeze for [core] until snapshot relase

Hi devs, please don't update from now on any package in [core] (only security fixes) until 2009.08 is builded. I will do this on Saturday 08. August 2009. To have a time for build errors etc. the freeze should be at last to Sunday 09: August 23:00 UTC. Arch releng team
