I was lucky that one of my terminals still had a valid sudo timestamp, or I would have needed a reboot into rescue mode.
I think we might need to rebuild the packages linking to libtirpc (nfs-utils, pam, rpcbind). This appears to be the same issue as when it was bumped from 0.2.2rc1 to 0.2.2rc3: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32308
