We could disable it and when KDE 4.6.1 will be out 1st March, I could write an announcment to say the RedLand backend is no more supported by soprano in our repo.
This could be a solution if upstream won't support it until then. You should also remove the redland/raptor dependency in this case. Please let us know when we can move all packages to testing. -Andy
