Eric aspell-es works here perfectly from terminal, I can't get it to work from kde as a whole, changing the spell checking language in systemsettings, but well, I have never tried that before either, 99% of what I write is English anyways. I just wrote some Spanish text to test this.
Thanks for the test. You could try to get the aspell-es in extra to work in kde. If it also doesn't work, then it's probably a configuration issue.
BTW, I might try to test them myself. Before, I'll need to get text from these languages from the Internet.
I tested texts taken from Project Gutenberg. From what I could understand, they seem to be working fine.
