This is not a great issue currently as people require three valid signatures from the five master keyholders, so adding/remove devs/TUs is working fine. But it is time to consider rotating in a new master key holder.
Before you remove me, I've been sort of MIA for 3 weeks or so, and have been a bit sick for the past week, but I'll take care of the outstanding issues (Keyring, packages) in the next few days (please hit me if I don't).
