[arch-dev-public] updated x264 requires rebuilds

https://dev.archlinux.org/todo/46/ The only one left is gstreamer0.10-x264 (Jan), then we can roll x264 and friends out of testing. I can do this one if it's just a simple rebuild and >= depend, just say the word. - P
