I'd just retry, or confirm that the package went where you thought it should.
No it wasn't added to the package db and the cleanup job will remove it when it wont be added manually.
Thomas, Jan- should we do some kernel updates on these boxes, and maybe even a hypervisor update if one is available to see if it fixes these errors? I'm guessing something isn't quite right with the Xen emulation stuffs.
