Hi http://www.archlinux.org/~tpowa/2.6.23/ includes a new .8 kernel with ingo molnars backport of the cfs scheduler from .24 kernel and gregs rc1 stable patch for .9 kernel it adresses these bugs: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8721 http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8745 this cfs patch is something quite big and i don't know if you all want to go this way to fix this issues. It could have the potential to break things, but also the speed improvements that will appear in .24 kernel and it seems to fix the wpa issues we have.
