That's good, but it would be have been better if they wrote just that.

That should be in the Next EULA (which will be released with the next actual update of the package) They also posted on their Github issue tracker that the game will display the license the first time it is run. I will do what I did before and forward it to you and you can send it off to the Private arch-dev mailing list instead revealing the Valve lawyers email address. Also as a side note, I have been emailing back and forth with the Steam dev all night.
