[arch-dev-public] WARNING: libjpeg rebuilds are entering [testing] - devs get building!

Hi everybody, I am pushing the libjpeg rebuilds I have done to [testing] now. I did most of the rebuilds required for desktops to keep work (although I don't guarantee even that...) and many applications still need rebuilt. I would recommend [testing] users not to rush to upgrade unless you are well prepared for some breakages. Devs, please remember to mark off rebuilt packages from the TODO list as you go. Cheers, Allan
