[arch-dev-public] request: move qof to Extra

Hi! When updating gnotime I've noticed that it depends on qof now, which is in Community repo. qof depends only on libgda which is already in Extra. Can I get some "ok" for this move? ;-) -- Roman Kyrylych (Роман Кирилич)
