Konstantin Gizdov is now a developer

Hey everyone, I internally proposed Konstantin Gizdov to become a developer for his sustained good work on Arch Linux and the need to touch some [extra] packages sometimes. I'm pleased to announce that he has now become a full developer. All the relevant steps have been completed and he should now already be fully onboarded. Welcome aboard, Konstantin! Sven
