i think it would be a good idea to provide the users nfs4 support out of the box, i haven't used it but it seems reasonable to me.
/me scratches head Isn't NFSv4 marked experiemental in the kernel? On the other hand, we've had it on for a long time and it hasn't caused anyone any grief, like ever. I don't see any harm in providing the packages needed to use it. -S
