[arch-dev-public] Moving texinfo to core/devel?

Hi, I find out, that grep needs makeinfo (which is in extra/texinfo-package) as makedepends. It's a makedepends from binutils, too. So, it is necessary anyway in core/devel, what do you think? Daniel
