Microcode on Intel CPUs is no longer loaded automatically, as it needs to be loaded very early in the boot process. This requires adjustments in the bootloader. Title could be a little more specific (Changes to Intel microcode updates) and "instruction" should be plural (instructions). Other than that, it looks fine to me.
