[arch-dev-public] openmpi rebuild

I have uploaded openmpi 1.5.2 into staging. There are major changes in this release and it has a new dependency : hwloc. When testing, I found an old fortran executable that needed to be rebuilt to work so I created a small list of packages that will needs to be rebuild. Stéphane
