I was lucky that one of my terminals still had a valid sudo timestamp, or I would have needed a reboot into rescue mode. I think we might need to rebuild the packages linking to libtirpc (nfs-utils, pam, rpcbind).
This appears to be the same issue as when it was bumped from 0.2.2rc1 to 0.2.2rc3:

@tpowa: I had to add 'sqlite' as a depends to nfs-utils to make it build. Could you take a look to see if that was the right thing to do?
