[arch-dev-public] LibreOffice 3.5.0 will stay in testing

I'm preparing final 3.5.0 package. LibO 3.5.0 is a major release and upstream doesn't recommend it for production use. So it will stay in testing until a soon expected 3.5.1 release. -Andy
