[arch-dev-public] Developers are now flyspray project managers

I just set all developers to be project managers on the bug tracker. That means you can all see the PM queue of bugs with closure requests or reopen requests. Let me know if this causes any issues. If email volume goes up, I could do something about that. Cheers, Aaron
