[arch-dev-public] mdadm changes / finally moving lvm2

I hopefully fixed the mdadm udev rules so that both the mdadm and mdadm_udev hook should not set the proper udev properties. mdadm_udev assembly should now be fixed for many cases it was broken before. I plan to move mdadm and udev to core this week.
