I just used the new db scripts. I noticed that the output is less verbose than before. I guess that this is normal. A part from that, they seems to be working fine.
I quieted the repo-add output, though I don't think the change has made it into a pacman release. -q used to make repo-add silent, but I sent a patch to still give minimal output. Dan, did this ever get through?
