[arch-dev-public] kde-unstable on top of jpng

I am starting to rebuild kde-unstable against new lib{jpeg,png}. This will be completed with the release of KDE 4.4 RC2 within the next two days. Nobody should use kde-unstable until it's announced and open for testing. -- Pierre Schmitz, https://users.archlinux.de/~pierre
