[arch-dev-public] important! - please someone fix wvdial segfault

after toolchain move wvdial segfaults here at my gf's system. rebuilt versions of wvstream and wvdial won't fix it. reverting glibc+binutils make it work again. i won't be able to have a look at it today. so please someone try to fix it. thanks. Andy
