[arch-dev-public] [signoff] rebuilt of ipw2100-fw, ipw2200-fw and zd1211-firmware

Hi all, I have rebuild these old firmware packages. The only difference is that they are signed now. I don't expect that a lot of you use these hardware so it's probably fine to just check that the package's content is identical to those in core.
