[arch-dev-public] [signoff] dhcpcd 4.0.2-1

Hi all, Please signoff for both architectures. AFAIK only bugfixes wrt 4.0.1 which was in testing. Futher I've added the -q and -L options to the default config file. Thanks, Ronald
