[arch-dev-public] libtxc_dxtn added in community repo

Following the discussion, i've pushed libtxc_dxtn instead of the s2tc variant. Feel free to move them to [extra] if necessary. The multilib variant should follow soon (needed for wine games). Regards, Laurent Carlier
