ffmpeg 8.0 rebuild on hold

Hi all, The ffmpeg 8.0 rebuild [1] overlaps with other pending rebuilds. Those rebuilds need to be completed and moved out of the staging repositories first. Please do not continue working on the ffmpeg rebuild until the other rebuilds are completed. We'll send an update once things are ready. Thanks!
