We shouldn't have stale packages in staging otherwise we risk mixing rebuilds together.

Hello Éric, The rebuild was blocked by cabal-install not being released. Since GHC 7.0.2 was issued at the same time, we need to rebuid the whole thing. It should be complete by tomorrow. Regards, Rémy.
