I don't think we want this one backed up, do we? Also, is there anyway we could keep more of the standard rules that are part of the udev source tarball? Our rules are crusty and outdated, we should really only provide rules for the stuff the default rules don't cover. Moreover, someone mentioned that the SCSI rules we have are no longer needed. Perhaps the drivers export aliases properly now?

You may want to take a look at the work I started last November, tpowa. I started to fall back to the default udev rules in as many cases as was possible. -Dan

Side note, someone really needs to cleanup the udev readme and install files. They have _really_ old info in them.

Ignore me here. I must have missed an earlier commit. These changes now use the stock rules as much as possible yay!
