Looks OK to me. The only suggestion is minor: "replaced by rpcbind in _the_ [core] repository"

I wonder if rpcbind should provide portmap ? however, in all core/extra/community, there is no deps and no makedeps broken, only one optdeps : hplip So hplip could just be fixed :)
