The toolchain build for the glibc-2.19 update is in [testing]. Here is a summary of the changes:
glibc-2.19-1: - upstream update - libbsd-compat.a was removed upstream - See https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-02/msg00224.html
binutils-2.24-2: - added conflicts/replaces for binutils-multilib (these packages did not differ)
gcc{,-multilib}-4.8.2-8: - new upstream snapshot - include static files in gcc-ada because gnatmake gets confused...
linux-api-headers-3.13.2-1: - update
valgrind{,-multilib}-3.9.0-2 : - rebuild
I have rebuilt most of [core] and see nothing failing to build or not passing its test suite due to this change. So I do not see this staying in [testing] long.
