[arch-dev-public] [signoff] pciutils, usbutils (x86_64 only at this moment)
During my update for hal, I noticed someone moved pci.ids and usb.ids from pciutils and usbutils to a place where many packages don't expect them. I moved them to /usr/share/hwdata, which is the same location used by Fedora/Redhat. Please signoff.

Next signoff, usbutils 0.73-3: don't compress the usbids, as hal (and possibly others) don't detect them. Removes the dependency on zlib also.

Fine for me on x86_64. Both usb & pci utils still rock. +1
