[arch-dev-public] [signoff] libldap-2.4.18-1
All rebuilds are now done for [extra]. Given both these rebuilds were a while in the making, I do not think they need to sit in [testing] for too long. So, this is a call for the required signoffs. This signoff will include nfsidmap-0.23-3 which was also rebuild, thus superseding tpowa's earlier signoff thread. Allan

I still think we should keep it in testing for a couple (5-7?) of days. This libldap rebuild also includes a postgresql rebuild. Therefore, many packages were involved. Plus the community packages have just been rebuilt today (in fact, there are still a couple of rebuild remaining as I write). Eric

What do you think will happen when waiting? [testing] is only used by very few users and when we don't know about any errors now its very unlikely that will change. signed-off for both arches. -- Pierre Schmitz, http://users.archlinux.de/~pierre

My main reason for the rush is that I'd like to move it before the GNOME release goes into [testing] and given the tarballs for that are due very soon... Given there are now no rebuilds left for [community], I'd like to move it tomorrow my time (~12 hours). Allan

They're already here, and you might catch me updating it also... I'm waiting for final releases of gtk, pango and glib before throwing anything at testing.

Do you have any idea when that would be? I am happy to leave these here for a while longer if your packages are not going to overlap. Allan

Could you move all php-* (php, php-suhosin, php-apc ) packages, too? I'll post the announcement tonight then. The php-fileinfo package can completely removed from ftp and svn. -- Pierre Schmitz, http://users.archlinux.de/~pierre

Thats fine, I see. There's also a db rebuild in the pipe. The initial post was 3 days ago so at least everything was in testing for a few days. I haven't noticed any problems.
