Additional information on this problem can be found at: http://www.sqlite.org/src/info/51ae9cad31 In addition, a typo in the OS/2 driver and a performance regression were fixed. The differences between 3.7.0 and 3.7.0.1 are minimal, but because of the possibility of database corruption, upgrading to version 3.7.0.1 is highly recommended.
