I don't see why we need to make an announcement per se.. But if we do.. you have an extra 'a' in the first "Archlinux". aArchlinux sounds terrible! "keep the package inside it's license" is unclear... maybe "keep the package updated within the timelimit specified by the license" also "we the developers of Archlinux" -> "we, the developers of Archlinux," (haha commas!)
