Hi devs and TUs, the diff page http://www.archlinux.de/?page=ArchitectureDifferences does not work atm. Looks like one of the last updates makes it impossible to extract the db files using bsdtar within php. This might be due to an undocumented change in php or just a bug. As 5.2.10 fixes a security bug, I don't think that's a good plan. It's better to debug this problem and get this fixed.

As 5.2.10 fixes a security bug, I don't think that's a good plan. It's better to debug this problem and get this fixed.
Only exif_read_data() from the exif extension is affected; and I don't have that extension enabled. However PHP 5.3 works fine, too. So this seems to be fixed upstream. And as long as nobody else complains we can keep 5.2.10 in extra. -- Pierre Schmitz, http://users.archlinux.de/~pierre

I found the problem and a patch (stupid cvs). So I'll put a new package into extra. In the end it was a curl problem which did not flush the file on exit so they were truncated. -- Pierre Schmitz, http://users.archlinux.de/~pierre
