[arch-dev-public] Moving libtar to unsupported?
Hi, Is there anyone interested in maintaining libtar? The man pages needs to be fixed, BTW. If not, I'll move it to unsupported as no packages in the repos use it. Eric

IMO if a library is not used by any package, then it's not worth to keep it in a repo. (I'm talking about any library here, not just libtar). I mostly agree. libtar was in the repos for pacman pre-3.0 only, if I remember right
