Hey guys, following packages i would like to see in core: pending signoffs and move to base: initscripts (showstopper!)? Bump to 2008.03-4 waiting for rtc fix Roman wants to add. e2fsprogs? waiting for signoff on x86_64 ntfs-3g? waiting for signoff on x86_64 kbd/klibc-kbd/mkinitcpio? mkinitcpio needs a small fix in resume hook. Add exact move date please? delayed package moves due to rebuilds and issues: gcc build-toolchain libtool any other comments? greetings tpowa -- Tobias Powalowski Archlinux Developer & Package Maintainer (tpowa) http://www.archlinux.org tpowa@archlinux.org

Done. Looks like all RTC issues are finally fixed now. Please test & signoff.
kbd/klibc-kbd/mkinitcpio? mkinitcpio needs a small fix in resume hook. Thomas is working on it. kbd and klibc-kbd waiting for signoff and depend on new mkinitcpio.
I'm pretty sure kbd & klibc-kbd are solid now, no known bugs exist. More signoffs won't hurt though.
any other comments?
Nothing comes to my mind, if there are still some issues - they should show themselves during RC testing. -- Roman Kyrylych (Роман Кирилич)
perl? Add exact move date please?
I'll move perl Friday so that Firmicus has time to get community packages ready. Where's that migration script? k -- K. Piche <kpiche@rogers.com>

Perl (and its bits) for i686 and x86_64 has been migrated. Note that I have a modified testing2extra script in my home directory that uses the local CVS root instead of going over ssh. No passwords to enter. Also I think the script should skip a package and not exit when the PKGBUILD is not found. Off to write a quick news item... k -- K. Piche <kpiche@rogers.com>
