[arch-dev-public] Main site downtime
Eliott and I are going to shuffle around some stuff on the main site tomorrow, so it might be down for a few minutes at random. If I'm feeling creative I'll take a static snapshot of the homepage and put that up in the meantime, or perhaps that "there's nothing wrong with archlinux.org" image that was floating around back when we had dragon ;) In any case, if anything breaks yell at me (or him or both). -S

Ok we're all done. Things that may have been broke include ownership of packages and your out of date notification setting. The package ownership thing is all or nothing, either you have all your packages, or you have someone elses. I don't think this will be an issue, however now you know what to look for and who not to blame ;) -S

Logging out and back in corrects the problem, it seems sessions are getting hijacked because of a few db changes I made. That's ok, I trust most of you :P -S

I just purged the session table. The side effect is that people will have to login again.

We got a bit carried away and updated all the sites to their latest versions tonight. As usual, holler if we broke something. -S
Yeah. Updated the following: * bugs.archlinux.org * bbs.archlinux.org * wiki.archlinux.org We fixed a few internal backend issues as well. If something is broken, please file a bug with regards to the site, url, and issue. Thanks! ps. Good work neotuli! As soon as I get the beer over tcp protocol ironed out, you will receive a frothy surprise. :P
