Hey,

If you are truly interested in helping out, you need to become a trusted
member of the community and ideally prove yourself to be reliable by
collaborating with us in the infrastructure repo.
There are some tickets on the repo you can do even without server
access, for instance reviews and smaller issues.

Please understand that this role needs an extremely high level of trust.
  We don't hand out access to just anyone for obvious reasons.
