[arch-devops] Status of the Arch Twitter Account

Good morning, All! As per [the brief discussion on r/archlinux](https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/6ykr93/is_the_arch_linux_twitter...), could you please tell me the status of the Arch Twitter account?
