[Typo] libheif optdepends displays "hei-enc" instead of "heif-enc"

Hi Antonio, While updating my system, I noticed a small typo in the optional dependencies message for libheif:

libtiff: for heif-dec and hei-enc [Installed]

The tool name should be "heif-enc", not "hei-enc" (missing 'f'). This likely comes from the optdepends array in the PKGBUILD. Thanks for maintaining the package!
